About your coach

Andreea Sandu

I’m Andreea, Certified High Performance Coach, and for the past 5 years I’ve been obsessed with learning about habits, productivity, and leadership. As a CHPC, I coached an Olympic athlete, a rocket scientist, and several corporate leaders and business owners. High performers love high performance coaching!

Curious how I got here?

While still working in software, I became passionate about fitness and started a blog. Little did I know that I will fall in love with business and turn that blog into a revenue stream. After monetizing it through affiliate marketing and a brand collaboration with adidas, I decided to change careers and trained as a Yoga teacher.

I left a high paying job to be an entrepreneur. After closing down the blog, I owned and managed an online Yoga membership and a coaching business.

Thanks to coaching, I also achieved some personal goals I now help my clients with: not complaining about not having time anymore, developing routines that allow me to balance family and work, publishing a book, losing weight, and running a marathon to name a few.

I offer my clients exactly what I wish I had from the beginning - full attention, feedback, support, accountability, and the skills and strategies they need to achieve their goals.

And through our time together, you'll increase your scores, which has a ripple effect on your personal life, work, wellbeing, and relationships.

Unlike other coaching programs, each session has a specific topic, so you'll never have awkward silence moments. This makes it in no way rigid, and you always have the opportunity to map it on your own goals.
